To determine scholarship winners for the 2004 graduating classes.

Randolph & Surrounding Areas: Malorie Brown - $500

Jordan & Surrounding Areas: Heather Hume - $500

Greater Metro: Sharon VanPuyvelde - $500

Motion was made by Bob Neil to award one additional greater metro scholarship to Lindsey Relander in the amount of $500.00. Seconded by Arlan Miller, all yes votes.

Cara will send out thank you letters to the applicants who did not make the scholarship.
Scholarship awards and checks will be made out for the recipients.

Amendments to the forms for next year:

1. The applicants will be responsible for returning applications and forms.

2. The application will change to reflect which school the students are applying from.

3. The scholarship will focus not only on public schools but private schools as well.

The 2004 fundraiser update:
Sponsor packets will be put together to be handed out to potential sponsors.
