TLC Foundation & Our Mission

TLCF, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, was founded in 2003 in memory of Timothy Correll, a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician (EMT) who had a heart for helping others in his community.  

Each year we offer scholarships to high school seniors enrolling in post secondary fire science, nursing and emergency medical programs, as well as act as a state-wide funding resource for emergency service training for fire departments, ambulance services and community emergency response teams (CERT).

In addition to awarding scholarships and grants, we sponsor fire prevention and emergency medical services (EMS) training materials for use in teaching children in our local public schools.
